Up2date Fashion, the manufacturer of the Tabszy Sleepwear collection, is committed to providing a full line of top-quality, fashionable, and affordable women's and men's sleepwear to domestic, international, brick-and-mortar, and online garment retailers, wholesalers, and importers at wholesale prices. All garments sold to retail customers via our online store are available for sale to wholesale buyers.
We are capable of manufacturing large quantities of branded and non-branded garments – both basic and fancy in style – per your specifications. To prevent excessive per-unit production costs, a minimum quantity per style is required.
We are fully experienced and equipped to work with a variety of fabrics (e.g., satin, chiffon, polyester, cotton flannel, jacquard, etc.), patterns, and detailing (e.g., trim, piping, embroidery, stone work, lace, belts, etc.). The high level of craftsmanship evident in the manufacture of our garments means that any label would be proud to include them in its sleepwear collection.
We are committed to efficient supply chain management:
- In terms of manufacture, we provide all services ranging from garment design, fabric development, printing and dying, pattern cutting, stitching, ironing, labeling, tagging, and packaging.
- In terms of quality control, we perform inline inspection, stringent testing of samples (e.g., yarn count (GSM), shrinkage, color fastness, washability, durability, etc.), and final inspection.
- In terms of order fulfillment, we are involved in all phases, from order placement and tracking through shipment booking and documentation. We keep our customers informed every step of the way and provide samples of every product component for their comment and approval.
